VedNexHomes operates as a property marketing and referral service. We connect prospective property buyers ("buyers") with builders and property developers ("developers") who are marketing new residential properties including off-the-plan, under-construction, and newly completed homes.

Our service to buyers is provided free of charge. We are remunerated by developers and builders for introducing qualified buyers to their projects.

We do not guarantee that any property will be available, that any enquiry will result in a successful purchase, or that any specific property will meet your requirements.

3. We are not a real estate agent

VedNexHomes is a property marketing and referral service. We are not:

• A licensed real estate agent or buyers agent under any state or territory legislation
• A financial advisor, mortgage broker, or credit licensee
• Acting as your legal representative in any property transaction
• Providing property investment advice, financial product advice, or legal advice

Any property information we provide is general in nature and sourced from our developer partners. It does not constitute property advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to purchase any particular property.

You must independently verify all property information, including with the developer, your solicitor, and relevant government authorities, before making any purchase decision.
